Lindesnes is the southernmost point of mainland Norway. To get there you have to leave themotorway, E 39 at Vigeland, west of Mandal. The exit is easy to find as a large lighthouse is erected in the middle of the roundabout on the main road from which you turn righ,t and follow R 460. From Vigeland it is 27 kilometres out to the lighthouse station. Just follow the R 460 all the way via Spangereid and the Spangereid canal.
